Getting Started with AI in Your Business

Most businesses approach AI backwards. They start with the technology and try to find problems it can solve. The better approach is to start with the problems you already have and ask whether AI makes them easier.

Start with friction

Look at where your team wastes time. Repetitive tasks, manual data entry, answering the same questions over and over — these are the places where AI tends to deliver real value quickly.

Skip the moonshots

You don't need a grand AI strategy. You need one or two things that work. Pick the lowest-hanging fruit, prove it works, then expand from there.

Get hands-on

The fastest way to understand what AI can do is to use it yourself. Spend a week using it for your own work before making any decisions about rolling it out to your team.

The technology is genuinely useful. But only if you approach it with clear eyes and realistic expectations.
